There is availability at the Quality Inn in Tully which is approximately 12 minutes straight down I from Cortland. We will be running the Games sport by sport, focusing first on those sports that can be held outdoors. We are also adding a new sport - Croquet - to our offering. All of those will take place in outdoor venues. Janice, Barb and I are tentatively planning to run Pickleball outside as well, utilizing tennis courts. So much of our program hinges on this decision. I cannot set dates or set up registration until I know where we are holding the event. I will be opening registration for Golf, Disc Golf and Croquet this week.

Instead, we hope to run sports event by event as time permits and as we have access to venues. Venue access is our biggest challenge. Right now, I am working with the sport coordinators to come up with alternate plans for their sports, if possible, to allow for the event to be run.
