What you really need to do, instead of converting the CPGZ archive to those formats, is decompress the archive so that you can open those files normally.

This seems to indicate that the files had downloaded OK, and the problem lies elsewhere. Instead, click on the link, and download it from the Dropbox page that is displayed.
