We love this game!!! At first I was going to just play with my 5 year old when her younger sister is napping but my 3. It's a great game to practice colors and memorization skills.
The instruction booklet clearly shows how to play and it is easy to follow. It is a very cute theme with the bunnies, carrot patch and farmers. Everything is very durable so I can see it last a long time. I also can see many different ways to play with it as my kids get older so I love that we can use it for many years to come. For example, if you have 5 children playing then you could have sets of blue, green, yellow, red and white bunny feet.
One child has one colour for their set. A set of bunny feet will contain as many sheets of printed paper as you will need to complete the hunt. You can download the bunny feet here. Prior preparation is needed before you play Bunny Hop. Draw or download the bunny feet and make as many copies as you need, with different colours for each player. Each player will probably need at least ten sets of bunny feet to make the game more fun as they chase all over the house or yard. Choose hiding places for each child's egg and then place bunny feet at regular intervals from the starting place for example, the lounge room until they finally reach the egg.
The egg may or may not be visible from the final bunny feet but it will be very close and can be reached. For example, you may hide the egg under the child's pillow. The bunny feet will lead right up to the bed but the child has to look under the pillow to find it.
The feet can be placed throughout many rooms in the house or all over the yard before they reach the final destination. Each child starts at the starting point and on the word "Go" hops like a bunny from one set of feet to another, following their own particular colour of bunny feet until they arrive at the final bunny feet sheet.
